I have had my 861 with loader and fluid in the rears for 25 years and it has done all you want and more. It does not have power steering but with just a bit of thought I can do very well even with a snow bucket full of Oak Firewood. It has moved a 29 inch snowfall with deeper drifts off our 1/2 mile driveway, dug out the foundation for a pole building and skidded tons wood for the furnace and for boiling Maple syrup, it also is used to mow about a mile of woods trails. Don't think you can go far wrong with an 861!
