I'm not sure the words cash and crop should be used together. Sometimes if there are ethic groups near buy they will pay good money for something that they use a lot such as a herb but isn't readily grown in their area. In our area, hay is a decent cash crop because of a lot of horse people that have to buy hay. Fruit is a good cash crop in a lot of places. I think one of the big problems is most crops that can be grown for decent money are very seasonable crops that often require more labor. If you come across a big money make there are a lot of us that would like to find out about it.
