I'm venting again.........
Was on a forum here and someone was "desperately looking for a radiator" which I have one of that needs a hose flange soldered. Figured since the guy was working on the same tractor I have, I'd help him out and see if there was something by him that I could use.
Sent him an email with pictures of what needed to be soldered and plenty more showing that everything was intact and solid. Not wanting to break anyone with something that was just taking up space here, I sent him a list of little things I could use (to include the 4 7/16 bolts I posted about yesterday) and asked if he had anything I needed and to make an offer on the radiator. Get a mail back that he had the 4 bolts and would take 30 bucks plus postage and a couple other small things that he wanted outrageous prices for and that I could send him the radiator (on my dime). If he could solder it, he'd send me 20 bucks.
