This was on Fox news today it sounds bad as they tell it by removing the word "navigable" it gives the Government control over all water including rain and snow run off. Here in Oregon they tried to get a bill though that would make us "Well owners" put a meter on the output of the well and pay the state for any water that we use off our own land. These people will do anything to get our hard earned money and we better wake up before they do. Free is Free. Read the constitution again. Walt
