The 1336 will stay until the PCM is able to successfully do a relearn. Sounds like you're doing the relearn correctly. With engine up to temp and idling, slap it to the floor and release when the rev limiter cuts it out. Ask if the car has been anywhere to have had the PCM reprogrammed or replaced. If a new CKP had been installed, the PCM would still be using the original learn and would have no idea it had been replaced. For a PCM to generate that DTC out of the blue, that makes a pretty strong case for a faulty PCM. The down stream O2 DTC would have no effect on the CKP learn.
