I have a set of 30.5x32 on my tractor and also one with a sidewall split--to the cord.
Am told it can be vulcanized for 2-300 dollars but not sure it's safe as is or vulcanized.
Wouldn't cord damage be required for this tire to be unsafe in road gear? A blow-out when working at 5 mile per hour doesn't worry me in terms of safety but 15-20 mph does !
Bought these tire knowing about the split but thought it was not as deep as it is. Knew the price for this size of tire when new was very expensive.
Poor judgement on my part and lack of due diligence.
