The should be a law that ins companies need to notify the state when a person drops insurance on a vehicle. Any registered vehicle with no insurance should be forced to surrender their registation plates, sticker within 5 days if there isnt a new ploicie taken out. Sounds like alot of work but it could be simplified, not like most county / state offices dont have time to absorb the work, most times their day is 25% standing around talking, drinking coffee etc etc.
