Be sure to check out YouTube videos on square dancing tractors, etc. You can spend a day there bouncing from subject to subject.
If you get a Magic Jack you can make telephone calls anywhere in the U.S. without charge. The phone can be used as if it was on a landline and even be used for 911 calls with your address showing up to them if you have registered it with MJ. It is now my only home phone but do have to leave the computer on in order to take incoming calls or they simply go to voice mail and I get an email telling me of them with the audio clip of them.
Skype to Skype for those that also have it. Computer cam to computer cam is what it boils down to with audio. Sort of like visual phone calls.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion.
