I had a Case, model C, from the 30"s, and put a front mounted snowplow on it. I put a 2 belt pulley on the generator, and ran a small hyd. pump off that. I calculated 800 psi and 5 gpm to lift 2, 3 inch bore hyd cylinders. Belt did"nt slip. I mounted a 3 gallon tank along side the tractor in some implement mounting slots.Enough oil for cold weather work..it never got hot. because I was plowing in Wisconsin cold I used ATF for fluid. I mounted a small, 3/8 inch ported valve where I could reach it, and plumbed with 3/8 single braid hose,(Aeroquip FC-300) and used a 3/4 inch ID suction line, so as not to starve the pump when oil was cold. You had to be like a Monkey, however, in order to steer, work the Case hand clutch, and the Hyd. valve. I later moved the same set up to a Case DC, but drove the same pump from an extension thru the front crank hole off an adapter from the crankshaft pulley.
