I"m happy with tracfone, but like a lot of others commenting about it, I use it very little. The nicest feature is you can sign up for a plan on their website that auto-renews for $6/month, but doesn"t add any minutes. For someone who doesn"t use very many minutes, this is the cheapest game in town and is hassle free.
Also, my wife wanted to get a new phone to replace here 2 year-old tracphone. She bought one and called them up and they transferred everything over to the new phone (phone number and minutes) without much fuss.
