When my sis was looking for property, one place at the bidding, they said they forgot to mention the handmade chime screwed on the wall. If the buyer didn't want it, the seller would love to have it as it was made by here relative. But as it was attached, it was officially part of the sale at this time.
The place my sis bought, sold with the lp tank. After the closed, the liquid fill & hose stuff that was screwed to the tank were all gone. They coulda pushed that, but there were enough other issues that it wasn't worth persuing. Pretty dirty tho.... Was 3 bothers that were selling it, one was a pack rat, their dad worked at a garbage dump and was a pack rat brought work home with him.... It was an interesting deal all around.
