Hi Tom, I have both an IT manual and the factory service manual for my Ford. In this case the IT manual is pretty much a highly condensed version of the original service manual(420 pages vs 120 pages). I like having both, as there are some minor differences. But if I had to pick one over the other, the factory manual would be my choice. In all fairness to IT, I'm sure the factory manual costs several times that for an IT manual...Al English
