Thats a factory problem!It should be fixed by Hughes!You had a 30 day waranty on it!PLUS Best buy also backs them up too so either one should have given you a replacement.Been down that road with the same exact problem!Biggest problem is all of them are made by the same people.Hughes,RCA and the Direct TV brand are the same.Hughes acually sends the Dish network folks the guts for theirs.How do I know,well lets just say I have a hand in the "programming" and leave it at that.Accually DTV had a similar channel to the RFDTV but was cancelled due to its lack of veiwers.Orion Samuelson had the Channel Earth cahnnel for about 30 weeks.They had a show called Classic Tractor Fever,pretty good show but then host lacked any knowledge of travtros in my opinion.
