This seems really dumb.. BUT.. I buy a high dollar item I want a cap. Even my part orders add up to hundreds of dollars if not 1000's in some cases. With computers they can keep track of all our purchases on a yearly basis and know how much one spents. At least give me a stupid cap with your logo on it. That's all I want is a cap once in awhile to say we appreciate your business. My J.D. dealer has given me a few caps. Have never had any from N.H. dealer. Not sure I have ever seen a new holland cap..
I appreciate my J.D. Dealer. I can order parts, they deliver to the corner gas station in a drop box where on my way home I can pick them up instead of driving 45 minutes. They then bill me monthly on Farm Plan and I can cut one check for the heap.
