I remember when Agway replaced the GLF Stores in the late 50's or early 60's. It seemed like they might have grown too fast and lost focus. There was Agway commercial cow feed mills and store, Petroleum delivery, Insurance, finance, etc. The farm crisis of the 1980's seemed to take a terrible toll on them. It seemed to me they had a source of credit and might have extended it too liberally. I do not think there is Agway anything left in Western New York. Personally I liked doing business with them.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
