First of all you people have to stop kissing the dealer's a$$ and wake up. You are paying him cash money, not vice-versa. With a used tractor you negociate for whatever it is you're buying and what comes with it. A new tractor is to be supplied with any or all options ordered, serviced, adjusted, lubricated as to spec, at least SOME fuel in the tank, and ALWAYS the operator's manual included! If you want the service manuals, then it is those books that you have to purchase separately. Anything past that, you are all wooses. Get over it and be done with it!
