BHA2, You've never been to a junk yard have you? Have you ever seen a car, truck or machine with the rubber rotting and dry-rotted, yet the rim is still solid? I have. As on my Case Vac. Bought it with a semi-stuck engine for $100. When air was put into the tires, the tubes came out around a 1/3 of each tire. After getting the tractor running, I replaced the rotten tires with new rubber on the SAME rims. They were fine, and this was a tractor that hadn't moved in 15 years. So, maybe you should get out in this world and see places and things before calling a person a liar.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
