Greetings Steve, first off a couple of questions? #1 Are you also a recreational mechanic? #2 what can you spend on this recreation? #3 You have found the right place. There are some good old boy's on this site. I have learned a great deal from them. My suggestion would be to learn the basics. Types of PTO, 3point hitches, Pto HP Most important Safety. Sometimes newer is better for the recreational type. The weather? Water has a funny way of getting into things. Cover would be good. Not to mention the crack and meth heads might start sucking the oil out of your crankcase if you leave it out. Steve you asked a big tough question and it may require more research on your part. Good luck. John
