The ZANETHANG is a device that allows the Ford 9N and 2N to have 'Position' control on the 3-point lift.
These tractors originally only came with 'Draft' control as they were designed for ploughing. Position control allows you to set and maintain the height of an implement where draft control will follow the contours the implement encounters through feedback to the lift through the toplink. Much easier to hog or grade with position control...

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
