If we had the sense god gave a goose;^) - we Wisconsin and Minnesota, Iowa posters would have flown south to Alabama or Texas. There is a global warming situation perhaps- the historians and botanists, geologists have found -as noted core samples- indications of a cyclic warming and cooling periods. Historians note the climate changes from about 850/900 ad to 1300 ad, some go back further in records from China about 3000 years, mideast some records 4000 years old, the records indicate hot, dry spells and cool wet spells. Bible mentions Egypt under when Joseph was working under Pharoah having 7 fat years and 7 lean years- could have been result of 11 years solar flare cycle. Norwegian climate study has proposed a 4 or 5 source cycle of solar radiation-11 years for our sun, a 250 to 280 year other source cycle, a 2000 year another source cycle and a possible 5000 year different source cycle. If all sources are at peak- hot, dry weather; if all source cycles at low point then severe ice age. If a couple high, couple low then moderate weather with short solar cycle being primary giving some seasonal, multi year difference. Analysis of this cyclic pattern by US weather service guy was suppressed last year, was told do not publish anymore or go on FOX- would be fired, as contrary to policy of government programs, political correct consensus of about 3000 "scientists". Contrary opinions by about 9000 other scientists to be suppressed. Al Gore is a known liar, enough said. RN

Today's Featured Article - Restoring a John Deere 2010 Diesel Tractor - by Jim Nielsen. Following seven years working in California's Silicon Valley, my wife, baby son and I moved back to Australia to retire. We bought a small 'farm' of about 50 acres near Bendigo, in the state of Victoria. I soon found that it would be very useful to have a tractor around the place for things such as grading our long drive and brush-hogging the fields. I was also embarking on planting 1000 eucalyptus trees, and hence I would need a ripper, small disk plow, sprayer etc. to get these things accompli ... [Read Article]
