Must be people were smarter in the 1920's as some tried to start the same fear but it didn't catch on. Then the cycle changed and some real smart edjamacated people claimed we would soon be in an ice age. When that didn't catch on they started the warming crap again and it seems as though it has had some success but I vision that with global warming not working out for the most edjamacated among us and the words changed to climate change that the same group will attempt to keep the coffers filled with the ice age soon.
The highly educated must sell their thinking to live a notch above others with less education or they would have to hoe corn or cotton. Some times the thinking becomes what to pitch to those that (do) so that they (don't).

Today's Featured Article - Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
