It does look like a Prince pump. They range between 11.4 and 40 GPM depending on the model and PTO speed. From the spline that one looks like a 540 RPM model, making it between 11.4 and around 23 GPM. The rated pressure is around 2000 PSI. Internal wear could greatly reduce those numbers. Check out Northern Tool's website for retail pricing of new ones.
