Had a ranger I couldnt get bled by gravity, vacuum on the bleeder, or pumping the pedal and opening bleeder. Mechanic friend suggested vacuum to the resevoir. Pulled the rubber seal out and put the pointy end of the vacuum pump in the breather hole of the cap. Pumped it down and it "burped" some air up. The clutch worked like a charm. Would suggest you use a standard method to get it close and get the last bit by putting vac to the resevoir.
