i placed an order with is boyds on nov. 15th of 2000 and have not recieved any prouducts as of yet. i ordered jd A patio lights and a jd lawn chair from this company. they were to be christmas presents for my father. well as you can see my father is still waiting for his gifts and here it is over 3 months later. i post this artical i rummys also and tonya boyd responeded with flat out lies. she says i never sent any money , well to order from this company you have to go through a middle man company i-escrow who takes the order and holds the money until the product is sent. the money has been with i-escrow since nov.15th 2000. when i placed the order. she also said i have only contacted her 1 time. i sent her several emails before christmas and gt 2 replys from them. the 1st was the items are backordered. then on another time i emailed her she wanted to know what i had ordered because a big shippment had just came in and she would send the stuff rush mail at her expence. noting ever came. since christmas i have emailed her at lest 4 to 5 times with now responce from her at all. also in her responce she said i should have tried to call her . well how can one call if there is no phone # on there web page. also i have just sent her an email with my phone # and have also told her that if she wouldn't call me long distance then to send me her phone # and i would call her. PLEASE IF YOU ARE going to do BUSINESSwith THIS COMPANY make sure all your bases are covered. i will let you know what happens with this as soon as i find something out.
