Lets face it, 4500 dairy cows on 1400 acres means it will be a huge confined livestock feeding operation. The feed will not be grown on site. The oders and manure dust will be intense and hammer the neighbors. Weekly, on what was once probably was a small beef and small grain operation, hundreds of semi trucks will be hauling in feed and milk out, busting up the roads, making noise ect 24 hours a day. You can expect the place to employee illegal Menicans by the dozens, with their families they will number in the hundreds in your neighborhood. Expect the rates of crime and meth problems to skyrocket. The local hospitals will deliver lots of new US citicens and not get paid a dime for it. Your schools will get messed up big time. That CA family will never be a part of your community, they will stay living in Beverly Hills or Santa Barbra. Have it if you want.
