I just went through the same thing with my 3320. It was the battery. If the fuel pump is clicking, that is a good thing on some models. Mine did all kinds of clicking including the relays in the dash.
How did you check your battery? Checking voltage is not sufficient. It needs to be checked on a tester that checks how much current it can put out.
Here's one idea. Put a volt meter on the battery terminals and check voltage as you turn over the starter. On my 3320 it dropped to 2-3 volts but was 12+ volts when not loaded. I took the battery to the JD dealer. CCA was supposed to be 500+, it was 100-.
We always suspect the worst when it is not, I'm suspecting it's your battery.
