Julie, Check and make sure you open the fuel sump a full two (2) turns minimum...My 2N was stalling out after about a minute and a half and had to use the choke to move the tractor. Found out the valve was slightly different than the one in my 8N and needed the full 2 turns to insure unrestricted fuel flow. WHat it was doing was starving for fuel wfter it used up the surplus gas in the carb and not getting enough flow to replenist the float bowl. Hope this help before expensive repairs. Tom-Pa
