When I go to give the tractor throttle it will rev up but right away, the governor pulls it back to idle. The throttle linkage only will go to half at the control lever by the seat. But I can go to the carburetor side of the tractor I can pull the linkage and you can feel the governor kick back in and try to pull back to idle. What should I do?
