2000 Taurus SEL (Gold) 89,000 miles, 24V engine. Scrapes/dents all around, one quarter sized rust spot above fender. Leather interior, kinda dirty, non-factory window tint. Ran and idled a little rough with hesitation from stops, and the lights would flicker at idle, assuming because of rough and slow idle. Rear end made some clunks going over bumps. Tires 1/2. Pretty average feeling car. $2100 OBO
2001 Taurus SES (Red) 139,000 highway miles, 24V engine. Shiny paint with minimal dings, no visible rust. Ran strong and didn't hesitate at all. Rear struts etc. replaced last year, front end made a scraping noise on a downhill left turn(?). New tires 3 months ago. Real clean looking. $2700 OBO
Any of these sound decent? The 2001 would be mine already if it had a few less miles and if the 2000 hadn't popped up to make me think about it. Maybe use the 2000's price to work the 2001 down a bit?

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
