I wear my seatbelt. As far as the probability of you getting burned to death or cut in half with shoulder belts is next to nill. They save lives. My best friend was killed cause he wasnt wearing one. in fact so was my other friend. I know a guy who is an EMT for 30+ years and he has never seen anyone burn to death that was caused by a seat belt. I know a lady who rolled her car over last year and was half way out the sun roof when the car flipped cutting her in half, again no seat belt. Also if your the one not wearing a seat belt and your in a car with a couple of people chances are if the car rolls or is in a serious impact it will be your body bouncing around the cab that kills them. They save lives that is all there is to it. but I do understand your point of view. By the way... I wave seen a person cut in half. Ever pitched out a chopper box after someone was run through a chopper???
