Depends upon what you want, but for a place as small as you have, I'd suggest a smaller tractor than some of the others have suggested. The Ford 800 series tractors might be the best if you want to go with an antique tractor, and some them do have live PTO. One of these in really good shape with a loader should be available for $4000 or less if you look around. The 8N would be a good choice if you can do without the live PTO and don't need the higher ground speed (zillions of them were built) - make sure you have an overrunning clutch on your bushhog if you go this route, otherwise you might end up in the trees. I guess I can agree with the comments about HP, etc., but for most tasks around a small place, working close to buildings, mowing in tight places, etc., a bigger tractor is a pain to work with, and can be a hazard. Good luck on your decision.
