Sweet corn can be imposible to grow in some areas due to pests like you mentioned. The only way I know to keep out deer and racoons is a tall fence with a strand of electric on top. If the geese have molted then it will keep them out too. Sometimes a new location will help. Fields next to a woods are a bigger problem than one more in the open. Good luck.
