Hi Shank I'm no expert but I to ran AC as A younger man. I also used to own an AC WD and had a book about them but it whent with the old girl when I sold her. I know the WD came out first I think in the 43 to 45 era with around 35 to 40 horsepower. The WD45 came out in the early 50's and the only dif. was they had more HP (45to50) and later models had 3 point and maybe live hydraulics. The boys on the AC forum would know more I'll bet. There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
