Hi Kevin, I'm not familiar with your tractor, but see if you think this might work. Along the top of the outer tube drill 2 or 3 small holes through to the inner axle tube. For a week or so periodically drip a good grade of penetrating oil onto the holes(don't let any rain get in). Once it is apart the holes could be plugged with small pipe plugs(if the tube is thick enough) or brazed closed at a low heat. Hope this helps...Al English
