This one is definitly stuck CLOSED. I have the head off and have soaked it with no luck so far.
This valve is by the No. 4 cyl. which was also the stuck piston in this engine before I freed that up. I think water got into the exhaust manifold and rusted this valve as it sat in the closed position.
