Hey Tom, If you have access to a small air chisle grind off the point or the chisle part or whatever you have so you have just a stub,then make sure you keep plenty of penatrating oil around your valve and just rattle on top of the valve with the air chisle this takes a little practice, because you just want to feather the trigger on the air chisle just so your giving it a good rattle,you don't want to go crazy!This vibration will cause the penatrating oil to get through the rust in a hurry.I've freed many valves stuck to the seat this way nothing will stick a valve like mouse pee.If i can help you anymore,e-mail me.
