Cummings cranks have been coming via AIR cargo for over twenty years that I know of from India. Just set in a new toliet from Mexico this week one of the better name brands. Friends Dodge truck needed a heater fan only one to be found was in Mexico. Big reason along with labor cost is NO EPA. One big reason (EPA) no completely new oil refineries built in USA. I have seen containers full of JD engines coming from a plant in France for many years. All painted up and ready to bolt in.
