You know, for a long time now I've seen questions from all kinds of guys in all places throughout the country asking "where can I get parts" or "why are parts so expensive". Obviously Satoh's are not exactly the home handyman's dream as far as repairs, etc. Personally, I'd stay away from it. As far as hooking up another engine, well that would be a longshot I would say. Mind you, there's a lot of guys that fabricate adapter plates but that would be beyond the means of most of us here I would think.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
