Back in the 50's my grandpa and my great uncle bought a snowblower that was belt driven from the side pulley and mounted on the front of the tractor. It had cross augers and a blower but the blower was turned at a right angle to the augers, so the snow was augered only to about a 10" opening and then the blower blew from here. They mounted it on an H, but without being able to clutch the H didnt have the power, they ended up mounting it to the front of an old truck and mounted a combine engine in the back of the truck and ran a belt up to it. Not sure what happended to the grandparents pictures of it.
The belt pulley idea might work, but you would need good horsepower, and or a slow 1st gear if the pulley is not live.
I like the idea of using the loader and hydraulics, but that also depends on your tractors hydrualics and ability to keep the oil from getting too hot if the snow is heavy.
The blower i have pictured is my dads and is a Shulte brand that runs off the pto and has a drive line under the tractor and is lifted from a lift cylnder that bolts to a frame under the front axle. Works good in dry snow but not in wet sticky snow.
