There were no doubt LCG (low center of gravity) versions of the 4600. Those should have shorter spindles so the front end sits lower to match the smaller rears. With the smaller rears there would be either a revised rear axle ratio OR a revised transmission output ratio. I'm not sure which without looking in the parts book... and that would require a considerable amount of research.
The short answer is that if you just wang AG tires, fine and AG tire to fit your current wheels... The tri-rib will not be hard to find in 7.50-16. I'm nto sure about 16.9-24 R1's... but if it came right down to it, you could check the rolling radius of the turf tires you now have, then find a similar sized 28" tire with that rolling radius. I suspect that 14.9-28 will be the same or very close... and it's easy to find.
