For those with Vista Operating Systems and MS 2007, when you are ready to 'Save', you can 'Save As' to the 2003 version of MS and your recipients will be able to open them just fine. Word 2007 documents have a 'docx' extension on the document name, where a Word 2003 documents have a 'doc' extension. MS also offers a free patch download so 2003 users can open docx files.
