If he is going to be on a board such as this and answer quations, he must be compassionate to things like the same person asking the same question more than once. (so what) And also, the fact that someone may not own every manual that goes with these beast for various reasons.(that may be why they are asking a question) It is a step down anytime he simply post the toll free number as an answer to a question. He has no clue how frustrasted this person asking may be. Other than that, I still say he knows his stuff, just needs some etiquette lessons.
