Collecting varies with the person. There is a certain satisfaction in having something rare and valuable and the pride of showing it ie:examples 53 Chevrolet Corvette Henderson Motorcycle Haas Tractor Not unique but special in their rarity Then there is the pride in restoring and maintaining a rare piece of history:example Wallis Bear Tractor(only 1 known to exist yet) Commoner tractors, cars, trucks Maybe you grew up with one, maybe you just liked the looks, sound ability regardless of value or profitability. And you show it,use it for others to enjoy. And then there is the investor/collector: :The collector who just buys and hides away his treasures, art, cars, tractors, whatever, never enjoying or sharing them, just hoping to"make a profit"when they get rarer. Just my thoughts
