Most farm sales in the midwest are 'as is' and rightfully so. I sure won't back the guy for making false claims, sounds like quite the jerk. But, you got to look at the tractor be4 you paid for it. It's really just uup to the buyer to see what is there & spend accordingly. Again, not to make excuses for someone not playing fair. It's just, farming is one of the last hold-outs for regulation, title cards, registration, and so on - I'd like to keep it that way. We all need to be awake & pay attention on 'as is' purchases, and then the system works as it is. --->Paul
