Here in the mountains of cold dark NY, I'd love to get some warmer weather and maybe some coast-line property to boot? I'm on top of the mountain, so won't get wet when the valleys flood. I'd love to get some 40 degree F winters instead of minus 20-30 F. But when and/or if we do, I suspect other parts of the country are going to suffer. Heck, New York City would be under water (which is OK with me).
