When I was a private a long time ago, my "boss" sent me to change the oil in a duece and a half on the line. I got it all drained, filters changed and oil back in except about a gallon when I ran out. Took the empty can back and was taking out another 5gal can when he came and told me I had a phone call and he'd finish. Told him I was done except topping off and said he just needed to finish filling. When I got back outside, he was standing there with this stupid look on his face and a puddle of oil under the truck. He topped off real good. Poured the oil in until it ran over the valve cover. We had a ball over that for a couple years until everyone that knew it had left.
