Jeff, I have a 861d with a sherman hoe. Also a Ford frt loader. If I take the hoe off, the tractor is sooo lite in the back, that you have to add a LOT of weight! Mine is not a 3pt. 2 4'' channel irons run from the from of the engine, then just before the rear axle, another one goes OVER the axle. Then a flat 1/2'' plate is welded on the end. There are 3 holes in it, so you can bolt the hoe on. There is a total of 12 bolts holding it on.Yes, it is a real pain to install. Cement slab is great, but I don't want this thing in my shop! So I use 2 floor jacks, and blocking, and I find buy xtening the hoe out, it is more steady.I have used my Major loader to lift it, so you can line up the bolt holes.I put the steady rests down, but block it up also.I found the best thing you can do....Have enough other tractors, so you DON'T ever have to take it off!!!:) Let me know how you make out. Bob
