Bout a 500 mile RT. Common here to make the deal and pay the shipper the amount + shipping + a couple bucks, and they show up, hand the guy cash and pick the stuff up and deliver it to me. Or, money is transfered from bank to bank, he tells me when it clears, and I call the shipper.
