Jay, I'm about 15 miles nertheast of hal and we haven't had any power problems. Hal is in town and is a lot less likely to have power loss than where i am. I have a different power co that he does and mine is not known for doing much preventive maintainence. Looks like we got another 20+ on top of the 26 or 28 that we had last week. It stopped snowing late afternoon but the wind is blowing quite hard ,probably have 4 or 5 foot drifts in the driveway (1000+ft long). Thought I'd wait till morning and let it settle some and maybe it will stay open when I do it. I'll tackle it tomorrow with the Michigan 175A,it's got chains on all four wheels and it in the shop now keeping warm next to the furnace. The 450 case dozer is out but it will most likely start, the 2 bigger crawlers are both down for repair. Sure is a pleasure not to have to do barnwork and get the milk truck in like we did back in the 50's thru 70's. Now all I have to do is go dig out the neighbors and some of the county roads.
This old gal is quite effective ,I have a 12ft vee blade for it but it takes a lot of work to install.
