HELP! problem with 3point on ac160d

Whenever i hook an implement to my 3 point and lift it in the air the 3 point starts jumping or hickuping. The more rpms the faster it gets. I have replace the hydro filter and checked the oil level, but it didnt help. Can anyone tell me the problem and how to fix it? I would appreciate the help.
